A Do Over

After my photo disaster yesterday morning, I regrouped and headed back out. While I knew the "moments" had passed, I knew something else good would probably happen. I stepped off the back porch, jumped down into my snow path and started trudging. And look who followed me!

I should have known :-).

Hopefully you can click to biggify and see the determination on his face.

Because it was hard going!

Best. Cat. Ever.

He made it about half way to the barn before turning back and that's okay.  He gets full points in my book :-).

I can't believe how much snow you guys in the East are getting this year...and we need some of it desperately!!! Mother Nature doesn't play fair!

I just arrived home from work to find Elvis in The. Exact. Same. Place I left him this morning. I'm not even sure he rolled over. I'm going to show him these photos of Comby in the hopes of inspiring his lazy rump.

That's a faithful cat! He was probably thinking "a little less camera, a little more carry me." ;-)

Cats are pretty determined, aren't they?

My brother that lives around E-Town got stuck twice getting home from work, I was so glad when he got home and warmed up--I hope you're staying that way too as you enjoy your weekend!

Amazing that he would even venture out. Beautiful shots!

He's a beauty too! The snow might not be comfortable but it's a lovely foil for his colour.

Good for him! Willing to walk through a tunnel with walls three times his height, with a cold (ugh!), wet (double ugh for all but Turkish Van cats and tigers). He deserves some catnip, sardines, and a soft bed by a warm fire for that valiant effort.

Comby is a Great Kitty! =^•^=
Great snow! I love snow that deep. Hope it doesn't melt too fast :-). Spring can't be too far off!

Sometimes there just are no words . . . . this seems to be one of those times for me. I believe I may have worn out my ''erase'' key starting this over and over. So, as inadequate as this may seem, all I can say is thank you, Sara. Oh yes, thank you so very much. What a love . . . . Comby. <3 Thank you for this. <3
