The Wool House Crafters

Special Zoom Events - Sheep Business Saturday

November 26, 2022

The Punkin's Patch Farm Shop will be open in person and via Zoom for Sheep Business Saturday (like Small Business Saturday, but better because there's sheep :-D) on November 26 from 1:00 to 4:30 ET and lots of other times by appointment (just email to set up a visit :-).

Come out (or Zoom in) and visit the sheep, fight over share some cookies and do some holiday shopping.  Bring your holiday knitting or spinning!  If you're already finished with all your holiday knitting, just keep that to yourself ;-).

For Zoom all you need to do is follow this meeting invitation link.  When you get into the meeting, make sure you turn on your microphone and video and then just say "Hello!" :-). 20 will be minding the iPad in case we have stepped away so you can chat with him for a minute and we'll be right back.

If you are new to zoom or are having trouble signing on, we'll do our best to help.  None of us is super tech savvy, but we are cheerful help/not help if nothing else :-).

On the subject of virtual tours, I could probably be talked into doing a morning flock walk that day live on Instagram.  Let me know if there's any interest!

Hopefully this fall The Wool House Crafters will resume in person gathering outdoors on the farm, always weather permitting.  Since we've actually really enjoyed the virtual Zoom meetings and would miss our far away fiber friends, we are going to continue meeting that way every Tuesday evening (7:00-9:00 eastern time) as well.  Come join us!

Zoom - I think all you need to do it click this meeting invitation linkIf that doesn't work, let me know and I'll see if I can figure it out.

For on farm meetings...I guess, for now, bring your own snacks or sack supper so we aren't handling multiple utensils?  And don't forget a beverage.

This is very informal and we are a kind, friendly group of crafters of all mediums (not just fiber :-) and ranges of skills and experience.  Everyone is welcome!
