Girls, Girls

I thought about titling this "Three French Hens"...but it's not even Thanksgiving yet, fer cryin' out loud!


"Girls, girls" is what I call to tell them I've put food out for them.  And to get them to look at the camera ;-).

Back when I raised Shetland Sheepdog puppies I would holler cookies and they would come running:)

At my farm the does are “the girls” the hens are the “ladies” and the two LGD Pyrenees at ages 7 and 8 still come to “Puppy,puppy,puppies”.

Every evening I call to my hens....Let's Go. Chickie, Chickie. They follow me right to the hen house where I give them a treat. They are so much fun!
