I mowed all the brown detritus and neighbor's oak leaves on the lawn on Saturday. Yesterday (Tuesday) I can already see the Fescue peeking thru the Bermuda! I was hoping that I wouldn't be mowing again for 2 to 3 weeks!
After this winter here in New England I am never (well,) going to complain about the warmth again... I also like Michelle's comment, shear your sheep...giggle! What a fluffy baby!!! Hugs for now from warm-ish New Hampshire...
UGH and I totally get your point . . . summer has some wonderful parts but I like my seasons to run full course and not to be shortchanged on them at all! I awoke to -10ºF so I am a much happier person!
It was snowing here yesterday and I found myself wishing for a bit of green....thanks for sharing the photo, at least I can stare longingly at a bit of green somewhere else!

Shear your sheep!!!
It’s cooled off here. Perhaps summer isn’t upon us yet. (Fingers crossed)
My horses are still wishing for green grass! Not there yet and still a little cold here.

Shearing Friday, Michelle and Elizabeth P. So winter should return soon :-o.
Looking forward to lots of your snow pictures starting this weekend, knitski :-D.
Too hot here, too. Sigh. Almost 60 yesterday. Today, almost 40 and pouring. I'd rather have winter.
Thinking of that Toyota commercial during the Olympics, with the ice sculptures crying...............
If Buddy's happy that's all that matters! :-)
I feel your pain....Weed season lurks ahead....on the other hand “Katie” will be getting more grass so our home made butter will be ‘buttery’ yellow😊
