Woolen Spun

Hopefully you can click to biggify.  It's a cool fall find!  Know what it is?  Leave a guess in the comments and I'll have 20 draw for a winner on Wednesday and send out the first of the 2017 farm calendars.  I have three set aside for a few fun giveaways.

Jumping spider egg sac, what a lot of work for a tiny insect, and biggify was great.

It is a spider silk egg sac, but it sure looks like it was made of wool!

Looks like a spider's egg sac. (Spellcheck wanted to turn 'sac' into 'sacrifice')

Shades of Charlotte's Web. That's a spider egg sac, however I don't know what kind of spider. With luck perhaps it's the writing spider?

What a beautiful sight - is it in a safe place?

I *think* so. I found it in a plastic bag, attached to a mini chalk board. I left it on the board and moved it to a hopefully safe shelf. May stew on it for a bit and move it somewhere else.
