I turned Graham and Andy out with the main flock this morning. I took a bunch of pictures, some pretty, some funny. These shots of Graham and Ewen McTeagle, however, stole my heart. I had no idea they were such buddies, the two titans of the flock. They stood together catching up for several minutes.
Animals don't have feelings? Yeah, right...

Big tall Ewen looks like he is filling the boss in on all the barnyard gossip.
Sweet picture. Happy New Year.
That IS a wonderful picture! Happy New Year!
Good Friends just make the world so much better. Nice to see you even have surprise friends. Happy New Year!
I bet they where discussing Andy
That is so sweet.
Spreading gossip about the ewes? :0)
So sweet. Yes...feelings.
What a fuzzy-feeling moment you captured. They certainly are large sheeps! Happy New year to all the wonderful people and critters on Punkin's Patch. Greetings, Jo (South Africa)
No one could ever convince me different, not since I was a little child. Anyone who can't see that animals have feelings is missing something in their brain!
It is always good to reconnect and catch up with friends. Obviously the sheep feel the same. A very Happy New Year to all at Equinox Farm.
I rarely make comments but always look forward to keeping up with your adventures "on the farm" and watching your babies that are kitchen raised, grow up!!!
Wishing you and your sheep and Family a wonderful and Happy New Year!!!

They don't have feeling to people --HA! Only those people who don't care. Love your post.

Priceless...ah, yes, that new kid Andy? He actually wore a hat! Anything to get in the good graces of 'she who must not be named' !!
Pair of old men gossips, love it! Happy New Year to you and yours. Love from 18 deg and freezing fog!
No one who has ever actually paid attention to animals could possibly claim they don't have feelings.....
One time I was helping out in a 5th grade classroom. I was asked to spritz the iguana with water. She stood up higher, and she lifted her head and *leaned* into that spray. I'll swear she smiled.
Everybody is happy when something feels good......
Maybe you can bribe Baaxter with some crunchies to find out what they were saying. Naaah (or should I be writing Baaaah?) he wouldn't tell. If he did, he'd have to go on the lam(b).
Sorry. Me bad. Happy New Year!
