This Morning

One of those beautiful foggy mornings we start getting just as August begins to drone on and on and you think fall will never get here.

Miss Maisie

Heidi

The early risers head out when the fog is so thick you can hardly see your hand in front of your face.  The grass is just as heavy with dew and they make trails as they shuffle through.  As the sun broke over Stella's hill, the sky cleared quickly, but the dew remained, their trails mirroring the wispy clouds overhead.

Good morning :-).

WOW!
I thought the first picture, as it was downloading on my computer screen, was one of the most beautiful fog pictures ever!

And then the rest downloaded. One nicer than the other!

Maisie is a BIG and beautiful wooly girl!:). And that shot of Heidi equally perfect.

If I had to choose my favorite shot(s)... hmmmm...the one of Maisie and the one of the barn, maybe, or the first one... or, Heidi....
I wish I was there in person! So bucolic!

They are all great pics, Maizie is getting so big. Can't wait to see a foggy morning here again, like the fog so long as I don't have to drive in it.

Happy Monday, how's the spinning going?

Beautiful photos, Sara. No fog here, but it is cool and cloudy. Which will burn off soon, but so much better than starting OUT hot and sunny!

The best moment I have had all day.
SO grateful to gaze at these beautiful photos and just imagine the feel of the air and the sense of peace and humility it brings.

Gorgeous photos. Next summer, you and all the sheep and fuzzies and St Tim should pack up and come to Alaska for summer vacation! (Wouldn't that be amazing!)

These photos are like manna from heaven. I can't wait for the first foggy morning here. Reminds me that the seasons change and the heat(and the rattlesnakes) will go away.
Thanks for the breath of fresh, smoke free, air. I inhaled deeply.

Foggy morning here too, but it was a spring fog :-) I love when you can see the tiny fog particles drifting in the horizontal sunlight :-)

Beautiful pics, thankyou.
