When We Last Saw Our Heroine...

...there was a hint of trouble coming down the lane.

"Are you one of those mean cats that beats up my best friend Betsy?" Maisie asked.

"We hate Betsy!" Claire Bear growled.

"Betsy told me if I ever saw you that I was sposed to run away!"

"Real fast!"

"It's a good thing I'm a really fast runner!"

"Boing! Boing! Boing!"

"I can run so fast my ears bend backwards!

"Wheeeee!"

"Did you see how fast I ran, Momma?"

"Now I think I'll just have a little taste of this grass here."

"Ha ha! Just kidding!"

"Wheeee!"

"Boing! Boing! Boing!"

"Left turn!"

"Here I come!"

"Wheeeee!"

I take it this means Maisie has strung together MORE than two days? Yay!

Maisie must have heard the old saying about not letting a black cat cross your path. Ha!
She must be doing well to run like that. Must feel good. She's so cute.

I think there is going to be more than a Maisie Calendar next year, looks like a start to a children's book ............ glad she is putting good days together ..... maybe we need to see a Blossom update so Maisie doesn't get to be a spoiled child star.

She's a Super-sheep and needs a big blue S on the back of her coat. Gracious!.... I' m not sure what goat her milk came from but whatever is in it could be bottled and sold as an energy drink!

What a wonderful story! Her legs look pretty strong and straight from here. Just beautiful!
Looks like you'll be moving into
"the terrible" or let's just say mischievous "twos".

Oh, what a beautiful way to wrap up a long day of work! Thank you and Maisie!

And I agree with a previous poster. You should think about writing a children's book.

Maisie, at the rate that you are growing, I think you might have to go shopping for some more cloths! You could develop a whole line of Maisie Lamb Coats!

Only a lamb that feels super fantastic will run and boing like that! You can tell by the wild look in her eye that she's ready for anything! And then maybe a nap on the couch with her kitty.

She does indeed look like she is feeling much better. Amazing what a good diet and plenty of naps with her kitty does for a girl.

Oh my she is so big now. And you have another stray cat in the hood? There has been a sad story in D Mac's neighborhood. One of my sister's corgi vanished from think air almost in front of their eyes. We all feel sick about it. I love keeping up with Betsy and Maize.
