Are You A Pinhead?

I think we need to revisit a picture from a few days ago.

Poor Lala. She got quite a few comments about her less than svelte physique.

Lila/Lala: "I'd like to point out that I have a very small head. It makes my body look bigger than it is. Much bigger."

Renny: "Girlfriend, that purple headband ain't doing anything to help."

B. Willard: "I don't know. I think you're pretty cute."

B. Willard: "Reeaallly cute! How 'bout I help you outta that fancy hat?"

WILLARD!

Keebler: "I'm not sure I've ever even noticed girls before."

Graham: "Me neither, but you ARE pretty cute."

Yeesh, Graham.

Dressing up fancy might not make you very popular with the whole group, but does indeed make you mighty popular with the boys. Who knew...

So why is Lila/Lala wearing a sheep headband, accentuating her cute little pinhead? Actually, that's one of mine. That doesn't fit my fat head.

It's a Ouisha Design headband made by our friend Ouisha McKinney in Lexington. It used to fit, but now it doesn't. I'd like to think it's because my brain is bigger, but...well, we won't go there. It's been stashed in our winter hat basket for several years now and I hate that. Ouisha's hats and headbands are too cute to be buried in a basket.

Do you have a small head? Would you like to have a beautiful knitted wool leapin' sheepy headband with some angora rabbit trim (what makes the sheep fuzzy :-) and a no-itch cotton lining?

Leave me a comment. In a few days I'll draw a winner. I'll even wash it before I mail it out ;-).

****Amy Auset Rohn won Lala's headband! And yes, you can come pick it up :-D.

Well, of course I'd love a sheepy headband. But I don't think I can rock it like Lala does!

In the 3rd photo....the adorable little black face w/the cream colored body...what breed is that. I think I'm in love.

P.S. Don't enter me in the comp...I've got a big head.

It cracks me up the way everyone stands in a group staring. I swear you can hear the chatter between them....a bunch of gossiping girls! (I'd love to win a headband for my daughter!).

3rd picture is Renny. She's actually black - just sun bleached. She has an interesting story if you click her label tag. Her Equinox Farm birthday is coming up!

thank goodness! A plausible excuse for me being overweight..I am worn out with the "she's just big boned ;-/" Repeat after me..I am a pin head..YES...this explains the hips. Actually I do have a small head...and feet...so that does not help...Lala misery loves company...I got your back girlfriend.

Hahaha! They are so funny. Sadly, big head here too and a bit allergic. But I love your sheep!

Oh, pick me! I have so very few brains lately. My head HAS to be small enough! Those pictures were so much fun - I love the way they all stop in their tracks when something new and "alien" is added to the mix.

My best friend Lisa calls herself a pinhead, and she's crazy enough to wear a headband that's been shown on a sheep on the Internet!!! :)

I DO have a small head - hat size 6 7/8ths, to be exact!

I have a small head too! Actually, that's the only thing small that I have. Well, my feet are small too. And my teeth are small. Ok, that's it, that's the only small things that I have. Well, my bank account is small................

That last picture cracks me up! I guess wearing a headband if you're a sheep makes you a hussy? Funny stuff!

Lala's mighty tolerant of the headband. Cracks me up that only the boys seem to approve. That Marcel is a mighty handsome guy, BTW :-) Glad to see Lala getting the admiration she deserves. She's a lovely sheep, it's just that the camera adds 10 pounds and you have a BIG camera. I don't think the headband would suit me, lovely though it is. If you have a HAT that's too small that's another matter..........

I'd love to enter, but sadly, I have a fat head.

Now that is toooooo funny, Lila and Madonna come to think of it they do look alike... Can you picture me in one of those headbands in my truck?? Now that would be a hoot..:-))

As usual, your blog is so entertaining! Who wouldn't look adorable in that purple headband, right? I hate to think of Lila not being able to wear it, but it would probably fit my head perfectly.

All right, Sara...I have a small head and it would be a great excuse to visit sooner than later! Save you the postage...but would you mind letting me crash on your couch?!
