"Hey! How come I'm always the one who has to babysit?!?"
This ewe does not have triplets. Only the black lamb on the left is hers. The other two belong to her mother, who frequently drops the kids off. I was go to make some sort of reference to "Grandma drinking too much eggnog..." but I'm sick as a dog and have taken way too much cold medicine and decided maybe I should just let that one go ;-).

Ugh for being sick. I hope you can get some rest and feel better for Christmas. I'm sure there are some silly sheep in your barn looking forward to what Santa brings them (will it be cookies and Cheerios?)
I like it. Usually the kids get dropped off for Grandma to watch, she switched it around. Feel better for Christmas.
Princess used to do that, dump her latest offspring on Nova to watch. She said that was what daughters were for. :-)
Please try to get extra rest and feel better soon! Thank you for all the Christmas lambie photos.
Oh, no - hoping that you are feeling better very soon!
Oh dear! So sorry you're sick (my DH is too - no way he'll sick carols in choir this year- and he feels wretched. Bleh.) Wrap yourself in some especially snuggly blankets and dream of lambs - babysat or otherwise.
Sorry to hear you are sick! Hope you feel much better soon.
These sheep sure do have an interesting social culture.
Take Care Sara.
It's awful to be sick at Christmas, I hope you feel better soon.
LOVE lambies.
Hope you're feeling much better today! Love the Christmas lambies ~ no matter who's off drinking eggnog :-)
The babysitter! Even cows have babysitters!
I hope you get better soon!
Linda
So sweet. I hope you feel better soon and have a nice Christmas! :)
So the ewe is babysitting her 2 younger half siblings? Assuming that they do not have the same father; or her 2 younger siblings if they do?
So sorry to hear that you're sick, Sara. Hopefully you'll have nice, warm kitties to keep you company while you rest.
Wishing you and Saint Tim a Merry Christmas, Lisa
I hope this Christmas Day has you feeling better. Merry Christmas to you, St. Tim, and the whole gang! Tell Hershey, Levi, and Casper Belly hello for me and give their wool an extra nice pat from Sandy and me. :)
Sorry to hear you are sick, hope you feel better quickly.
Other than that I hope you are having a good Christmas.
Hope you get feeling better. We had a grouchy old doe deer who never kept her fawns around. You wouldn't know if she had fawns until they were almost grown. Maybe she had a babysitter. Merry Christmas!
Hope you feel better soon! No fun to be sick at Christmas:(
Another friend just blogged that she's sick, and all three of us are still hanging onto our colds. I say some evil being handed out bad presents this year!
Or that a few days ago I was harvesting all my lettuce in the greenhouse because it was going down to 11 and today it was 72 and I've moved all my house plants outside and leaving them out all night - just down to the 40s. Nuts!
