A Collective Sigh Of Relief

With a little rain and some 80s instead of 90s...

Hershey's back in front of  "his" fan, Emily and Casper Belly (left) and Baby Belly and Clover Belly (right) are all settled back in "their" spots in the outer stall.

No one is crowding Daniel or getting on B. Willard's last nerve and even Hank (sleeping in the back) has come out of his "dog cave".

Whew!

Thank heavens you are getting a break, so are we here in NE Kansas. It's storming as I write this.

They really been looking miserable all week, I guess even ten degrees is a relief.

Your sheep looks so comfortable...I think maybe I could live in the barn with them. Supposedly, we have cooler weather coming on Sunday. :)

Order is restored and peace reigns. I hope it gets even cooler for all of you.

Hooray for fall! What a delight to be able to go outside and not melt. Or freeze. I hope you all have a lovely, comfortable autumn.

That must mean we get a reprieve here tomorrow. Whew, indeed.

I have a question? If you delayed your shearing until later spring would that help with heavy summer fleece? I can say our time here with power issues in the house and no AC makes me feel for the sheep. They always look warm in winter though, a good warm.
