Winter Warp And Weft

We got a light dusting of snow last night. The sun peaked out just long enough to melt everything it could get to and left a neat spot of warp and weft in the shadow of the fence planks.

Your photos reminded me of the days when there were chalkboards in classrooms and we used a line marker that held 5 chalks at one time so as to teach handwriting.
I love the powdered sugar design made by Mr. Sun.

That's very interesting. Such a powerful sun.

Even if the sun only stays out a little, I love it--But our snow isn't melting fast enough for me!

Stay warm and enjoy your day!

Isn't that amazing? Really lovely shots of the farm. I vaguely remember sun...it's a really shiny bright thing, right?

That's really lovely! There's actually a few tiny flakes falling here right now.

So cool! And I love how you see it in terms of fibers. Most folks would just have pointed out the fence on the ground!
