This Weather...

"...is for the birds!"

Heck, even the birds are hot!

Last night was just miserable.  We got a big storm late afternoon today and it cooled off a little. If we can hold on until Saturday, it looks like we're going to get a break for a couple days.  Whew!

Poor sheeps. Everybody hang on. It will break sometime. Love the awning from IG. Smart! Increases shade area plus improves ventilation.

Fingers crossed. I’m not wearing a fleece coat, but I feel like I’m smothering in a sauna. Georgia Power may love this weather, but that’s it.

It’s misera here too in the North East. Can’t wait for this miserable weather to break! Glad I’m not wearing fleece or fur.

Sadly, I doubt that this weather pattern is going to change for the better. Not to go political here however, 97% of climate scientists agree: we humans have created this weather. Granted, there will be a seasonal change but, extreme conditions will also accompany each change of season henceforth.

I do hope you get relief from this heat. We have had a bit of rain this morning. Not enough though and supposed to have a couple of days of relief before more heat and humidity. Ugh!
