All okay here. At -4 we didn't get nearly as cold as so many others. And as much as -4 hurt, I just can't imagine those double digits :-o.
I tried to take some pictures this morning. All the sheep had white whiskers. I've seen that on horses many times, but never on sheep. Black faces with white whiskers are Super Cute. Too bad my iPhone didn't think so. I only got one (terrible) picture before it completely froze. These are from this afternoon (big girl camera ;-). More tomorrow.
Hickory and T-Bone
Hank, getting the Front of the Farm Report from Iris.
Jester. I'm not sure he's ever taken a bad picture :-).
"I sure am glad I've got more wool than last winter!"
If you're cold, I'm guessing it would be hard to find a warmer big body than Boudreaux ;-).
Elizabeth, happy to be sprung from prison for the afternoon. Yeesh. Persnickety old ladies... ;-).

Love that Jester shot.
brrrrrr!
Maisie is such a princess! And those Jacobs have the most fascinating eyes.
I have to come visit your sheepie sanctuary this year:-)!
awww Elizabeth!
Oh to be a sheep with lots of wool....brrr!!!
Jester is so photogenic! My sheep are jealous of the lovely wool yours have. Mine need sweaters. Stay warm!
It was WAY too cold here. I worried about my sheeples, but they seem ok.
brrr it is so cold! I didn't even attempt taking my camera out in this cold. I wasn't sure what would freeze first.. my lens or my finger. brrrr
That photo of Jester is perfect! Calendar worthy!
Maisie looks fabulous, very well insulated for the cold weather ;)
Your images are so awesome- love the horsey's and Jester- what a cute fellow!
Lovely photos. Glad all the sheep have their winter coats to help keep them warm.
Aw, these pics are great !
They sure warmed my heart.
Good to hear and see that everyone is doing well in the cold. I did some chores outside today..it was a real damp cold...took some pictures...played ball with Chance and cleaned up poop piles..frozen solid:)
Jester just gave me the best chuckle of my day!
Beautiful shots Sara. Sorry about your weather, but glad all your critters have such cozy hideouts. Yep, that Jester photo is very special.
That would make a good picture next year for your calendar.. I think Jester just likes to pose.
4 degrees today in Iowa.. I think we are having a heat wave. First day above 0...I love all your pictures..

Have a warmer day tomorrow...
ta ta for now from frigid Iowa:)
oh Jester. How very fun you are.
Glad all is well with you and yours Sara.
What I also like in the "Jester: A Super-Star" photo is the rich texture and the subtle color variation in the sheepies' coats. A very soothing image to look at.
Looks like the sheep are dressed properly for the weather! Wonderful captures of your winter wonderland. xo
Great pics. T-Bone and Hickory look happy and snug. Glad you all survived.
Maisie cut right to the chase :)
Elizabeth snug, Jester being 'cool'
and Hank checking out the perimeter. Great photos.
