Sunday Stills - Yellow Flowers

I watched some yellow buds in the dye garden all week, hoping they'd open in time for today's challenge.  Had a little color this morning :-).

Yellow(ish) cat surrounded by yellow(ish) flowers.

Comby will follow me anywhere, even in the rain.

Last night's yellow field.  This must have something to do with the sun coming out after a big rain.  Or maybe it's just that it's been so long since we've seen the sun it seems extra golden ;-).

LOVE the pic of Comby in the flowers. So what are the yellow dye garden flowers?

That last one looks like a field of mustard flowers like we had in California. I love that shot!

Very nice shots, like the ones with the cat.

That last shot....I love that light! It has something to do with the angle of the light and the clouds and a bunch of stuff I don't even begin to understand. I can almost smell wet grass and flowers and damp breezes.

Very nice. I've noticed that we also have that golden light about half an hour before dusk. Why does it only happen from the west? Why not in the morning? What am I missing?

Comby fits right in, see what you can do when it rains .... flowers that are not all wilted and green, green pastures and golden sunsets.
