Saint Tim's renamed the farm Leak-quinox Farm and instead of "Est. 2003", the sign will say "Leaks fixed 2008, 2010, 2010, 2011, 2011".
"Yep, looks like you got ya another water leak."
Channeling his inner Carl Spackler.

See what I have to live with? ;-)

Oh my.....does it smell like wet wool everywhere?
NOOONAN!
LOL, poor Saint Tim.
Nice to finally "meet" him though. Geez, you don't have many pictures of the guy. Too busy chasing leaks I suppose.
What would you do withOUT him???
splash, splash, squish, squish...
That looks like a nasty job but Tim is SMILING! I guess that's why his title is "Saint." ;-)
He looks like a nice guy and he knows how to fix leaks... better keep him around.
And now ya know why he is called "Saint Tim" Careful calico we don't need a kitty in the hole story..;-)
You've got yourself a good man there...still grinning, despite another leak! Kitty looks like a good helper as well!
Leaks like that get old. Hey Tim!
Oh-no! Luckily Saint Tim was there to save the day!
What an awesome smile!
Any guy who can fix a leak and get all mud splattered and still come up smiling really deserves to be called "Saint".
The timer from the last leak is a hoot! May this be your last one for many a year.
Still, for someone to face that time and time again, and still keep a smile on his face... He really is a saint.
I second what Shirley said. And.....did Saint Tim perchance have some liquid fortification before digging? If not, hope he got rewarded afterwards.
The timer is a hoot!
Isn’t Saint Tim’s dad a plumber? Is this second nature to him? Maybe if he just let the leak go, he could have his own man-made lake.... then not so far to go with the boat. I am so glad that he has Betsy supervising him. You just know she has got to be telling him how to do it!!!
Love the timer as well ;-)
And he is smiling...mud and smiles...now that IS a happy man. Lucky you!
