We are slammed busy trying to get the studio finished so we can move all my "stuff" out of the house and actually set up a bed in the spare bedroom (Tim's brothers and SIL's are coming for the weekend :-). Couple of quick notes:
- power is finally turned back on in the barn - this doesn't seem that exciting until you remember we have a barn skunk.
- the boys are not taking to the idea of weaning very well. Graham Lamb in particular is running the risk of deportation.
- Lorna Doone-Buggy is hanging in there. She worried me yesterday because she wasn't super interested in eating and just wanted to sit on my lap last night. However, when I got up to go get her nighttime food, she raced along behind me and even did a little popcorn jump. She and Miss Ewenice are out across the creek grazing this morning. She's tough! And aren't she and Ewenice just the cutest together?
Here's a short video (because the ba-ba's are small ;-) of the boys fighting for their spot at the "lamb bar". They always eat like this - leaning into each other - and if you try to spread them out, they fall back in. I finally gave up and just 'let 'em have at it".

Precious picture of Miss Ewenice and Lorna D-B. She looks so proud to have the watchful eye of this little lamb.
Glad to see the baby boys are still taking the bottle. That's a smilemaker video!
Gl's brother and sister have been off the bottle for several weeks now. He just doesn't realize how good he's had it at your place! Time to cut those speed-sucking babies off!
Boy, the babies really go to town on those bottles! Personally, I think you've got a lifetime of house sheep ahead of you!!

those scally wags are too cute taking their ba ba....I love watching their tails..very sweet! It's less humid here in Kansas now too.
That's wonderful news about Lorna Doone-Buggy running and hopping! She must be feeling better! She still looks so sad and frail in the picture with Miss Ewenice...
Poor boys!
;-)
I love watching 'em with their ba-ba's. We're still bottle feeding Gabbi.
Looks like Miss Ewenice is taking good care of Lorna Doone. The boys are too funny! Looks like Keebler is sprouting some bangs.
It is probably more natural for them to only be a teat apart! Finley was almost fully grown and having to kneel under Phoebe for his milk. He was finally weaned by the fact he just could not fit under her anymore!
Lorna Dunebug, you look pretty healthy to me. Any lamb that can muster up a popcorn jump can't be too sick! Sara, I bet you are LOVIN' this weather-it feels like fall!Kisses to all the lambies...
The tails are such a HOOT! Glad Lorna D-B is ok :)
You must have one crazy helmet-cam...how did you manage the movie with TWO ba-bas?
Glad Lorna DB is feeling better...
Great shots and that video, too funny!!!!! their little tails are going a hundred miles and hour..:-)
i like their little tails too!
they sure have a good appetite!
awwwwww!!
I'm so glad Lorna D-B is doing better. She so sweet and Miss Ewenice is such a loving foster Mom.
