I would ask for that poster, if it were me. I don't think Kate will let the fame go to her head (but I agree, if a teensy bit of fortune came your way, it would be nice. Maybe some Neogen animal products for Equinox Farm?)
She IS the perfect poster girl! If I were you I"d see what they planned to do in the future with that poster if they update their backdrop. That's gorgeous.

Biscuit and Muffin drank from Neogen bottles this spring. They should be on the wall :-D.
