Riding The Storm Out

All the lambs love the dollies.

It stormed last night and was too rainy to go play outside like a normal evening. I was cleaning up the kitchen, glanced over and saw Blossom sleeping with her dollies.

Awwww, what a sweet, angelic face.

Not for long.

She needed that run around outside time! After some jumping on the bed while I was trying to watch Dancing with the Stars, she had to go back to the kitchen where she then got a little (too) rough with the dollies so I had to put them up.

Luckily the mud boots were there to take their place.

"Yeah, whatever, so I got some mud on the small dolly."

Blossom, you were trying to punch holes in the small dolly.

"Won't you make her give me back my dollies?"

She looks pretty INNOCENT to me! I think it must have been someone else who was messin' with those dollies...

That's a face that would be difficult to reprimand!

Now look what you did, Sara. You went and made Blossom pout and she doesn’t even know why you took away her babies. Give her back her dollies!!!

I love the gumboots flung off at the door. My cleaning lady got the fright of her life when Minty followed me into the house yesterday when it was bottle time. Usually she hangs out with the others in the field but she found a gap and decided to come looking for lunch!! I would love to take your wee lamb to the old folks home with me this week! c

Blossom is getting to be a "big girl!" How much longer will she be getting the VIP treatment? Isn't it sad that they have to grow up so quickly?

You are really making me want to take a lamb home and keep it in the spare bedroom :-)

What great facial expressions, and even without acting lessons.

There seems to be a lot going on behind that sweet expression....

Blossom is so cute! I love reading about her! I have a 5 1/2 week old bottle lamb named Charlie. He loves to run around outside too, we had to go out in the rain today to get some of his energy out.

Lambs... they just have to be naughty sometimes. Like a cooped up child they need to get rid of all that energy.
Blossom looks so innocent, poor little thing. Are there any holes in the boots yet?
