Blossom's Bored

This is our second straight day of rain.

Sometimes it's nice to "have to" stay in and take a nap.

Unless you're a kid.

And you are soooo bored.

But, still, those naps are pretty good.

Especially when you have your favorite (and indestructible) boots to sleep on.

Don't get me wrong, we actually really needed this soaking rain and I really, really appreciate it. However, the Kentucky Sheep and Fiber Festival starts this Friday and we'd sure like some stellar Kentucky weather by then.

Here's a cute little video I shot with my iPhone last night when it finally stopped raining long enough to go run around in the front field.

Poor Ba-ba. It's supposed to stop raining sometime after lunch ;-).

Hmmm, what are you going to do when Blossom is so BIG she has to move outside? I can just see new plans being drawn for an addition to the house. So cute, and great captions to go with the pictures. Enjoy your rain, 90 + degrees here and grass has already turned brown and foxtails are everywhere.

she really does look bored! Love the shot where her head it thrown back in disgust. When you get tired of the rain, send it our way. There will be no complaints!

Looks like you have plenty of company out in the field...if Blossom is bored, you can just send her up here for a visit.

Looks like with Weaslie, Iris, and Betsy on guard she wont get into too much trouble! Im surprised Blossom wanted to romp with the horses!! She is fearless!!
The Iris flower is beautiful with its droplets.

Blossom is so adorable!! Oh, those eyelashes.
Loved the "gathering" video. Blossom is just one of the pets out there enjoying the pasture. I think the Corgi and the Border Collie has been teaching her some herding skills.
That's so like a corgi to find some small bug or a bit of poop and roll in it. Mine do that all the time.
Cute video...
