"I didn't do it. I swear. Look me in the eye and tell me I really deserve to be stuck in the crossbar motel."
"Okay, she ain't buying it. Iris, just relax. I think I can chew our way out."
Or not.
So why was Miss Lila locked away with her kind, loyal, dependable babysitter Iris?
Yep, she found the asparagus bed. And figured out she could outrun me.
Yesterday I was constantly having to say "Lila, I'm over here. Lila, I'm right here. Lila, Lila, I'm right here." Today all I'm saying is "Lila, get back over here!"
They grow up so fast :-(.
"Hey, don't blame me. I'm off duty!"

Oh darn! does this mean an end to snuggling on the bed?
Oh, the cutest thing in the world is growing up. Darn.
No, of course not. We just slept through the Simpsons ;-).
Night all!
That is so totally sweet that you let her keep eating to get some photos. You are so kind.
Oh no! Well, eating fresh asparagus is good enough to risk time in the slammer. But Iris and Weaslie just sitting around watching? Sheesh!
Ummmm.... I dont see any asparagus with your name on it. Since she is part of the family, it's hers too.....uncooked.
Let's see, she has the bed, the kitchen, the porch, the garden, the laundry baskets, and the top half of your refrigerator. Pretty nice haul for a 3 week old lamb!!! Lila rules!
I vote for an Out of Jail pass for Lila.
Just see what you can do if you're cute and named Lila.
I would remind Lila to not do the crime, if she can't do the time! :-)
I hope the crime spree ends soon--It doesn't look like the asparagus can't take much more!
"But it was good asparagus Mom!"

Lila, you just come stay with your Auntie Pam. You can have all the asparagus you want, and no Crossbar Motel. Do you take lemon and butter?
Oh, dear, Lila! After all your Mom has done for you! I hope you at least left her a little asperagus.

Oh man, thats too funny!!! At least she likes asparagus, I can't stand the stuff..:-))))
Well at least Lila has refined tastes. LOL My favorite veggie. :)
"But you told me to eat my veg-get-tables"
Stinker.
Does this mean she is in her "teenage" years?
The girl has good taste! And I'm sure she looked adorable while wreaking havoc on your asparagus bed :)
Hmmm, does Lila like weeds...because I could give her a good home with plenty to eat if she does!

How cute!!
LOL
just LOL.
Love the dogs under the tree - "whaaa- gee, really, she was just beside us here a minute ago, honest!"
Does this mean now you'll be running out to the store for her healthy snack of asparagus when you run out? *ducking a swipe as I run away tee-heeing*...
