We Don't Have Any Cattle...

But if we did, I'm sure this is where they'd be sleeping.

These two bulls live just around the corner. I'd seen one sleeping in there the other day but didn't think I had time to stop and take a picture. Two minutes - stop and take the stupid pictures. Yeesh!

What's she doing?

I don't know, but she looks cold. Did you see her slip down that big snow drift?

I felt almost like Just Another Day on the Prairie ;-).

Guess I should try to get some "skirt work" done.

This is a first for me.....how on earth did they even get in there is beyond me. Way too funny!

Wow! They can eat and sleep in the same spot! Great way to conserve energy in this cold!
I agree that you should make a Christmas card with the duo on the front..."I bull-ieve, Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus" ;-)

They do look content! And they do look like they are wondering what you are doing!

That is so cool!!! I don't ever remember the cows I use to have trying to get into their round bale feeders!!!!

Great shots! We have a Faverolle hen that likes to eat and sleep at the feeder. Sometimes we wonder if she has legs, but then we do see them from time to time.

Uh......is there a FENCE between you and those guys? Not that they would probably leave their cozy spot to charge you, but I had always thought going in a paddock with a bull was not the safest thing. GREAT shot, though.

Oh, Deb, most Bulls are like male Dobermans, the only way to make them grumpy is to make them move off their warm spot.
Thank you for stopping to get this special snapshot - I appreciate you more than those Bully-boys!!

They are so cute! I love cows, and these guys are particularly adorable.

Oh my gosh, grand champion Gelbvieh bull at the North American? You have the grand champion for your neighbor? Now that's fun, isn't it?
