I love your shop and all you produce ! Especially your felted sheep. I have needle felted a few so I am even more impressed by your little sheep.

Boy do I understand the difficulty of keeping an Etsy shop current. Besides making items for the shop, there is the practical side of caring for the animals , a farm, a family, etc. ! And it takes a it of time to list things, update them, and publicize your passion for your crafting and art.

I've been doing some research on what it takes to be more successful with an Etsy site and really think it must almost be a full time job if you're ( me ) going to make a substantial amount of money. I love how you've packaged and displayed your products and wish I could sit a spell with you on your porch , spin my wool into yarn, and ask your advice regarding so much of what you've said here.

I have sold my Jacob sheep fleece out of my Etsy site too after explaining clearly I do not have coats on my sheep and the difference between most Jacob fleeces and other fine wool breed fleeces. I did O.K. but ...this is when I wish I was selling my fiber face-to-face with buyers. Oh well, this comment is beginning to ramble. Thank-you for visiting my blog and leaving a comment, now I've discovered your amazing blog by someone who has a lot in common with me. ( I used to sell photo cards of my sheep too when I sold at local bazaars, they were popular and helped me pay my booth fees. )
