Good Company

The sunshine this morning was lovely. Everyone stayed out (and laid out) and enjoyed it for a good while.  It's gone now and guess what?  We have 2-4" of rain predicted for this week, starting this afternoon.  Unbelievable.

Being locked out of the front field has created a "desperate situation" with the "hungry" flock.  Luckily the old timers have Rocky and Jared to lead them back to greener pastures.  It's great to see them grazing less trafficked areas.

I have some more good Hank pictures for tomorrow and there are two new puzzles from this group :-).  Enjoy!

Congrats on the Blog-a-versary!! The weather in KY is so strange. The primary school, where I work, tried to get all of the kids outside today :) Try to keep dry.

Happy Blogiversary! I wonder how many of those twelve years I have been here live? It might have been not long before Marcel went to sheep heaven. No mattter when I joined the flock, I know at some point I read from the beginning.
Thanks for you inspiration, mentoring and friendship.

Twelve glorious years! I’m a Jill-come-lately (in the early 2010s). I’ve never seen the flock look so skinny 😉. As for rain, our puddles have puddles. I hope all your hooves stay dry.

Wow! 12 years! Thank you for all the great stories and photos.

Let's see, how long have I been keeping a blog (less so in the past years or so, but it's still there)? Sometime in 2008, so about 11 years. Time has flown.

Happy Blogiversary! We are all so fortunate to read about your farm life and to enjoy the lovely photos and videos.

Hope your weather is cold enough not to have mud.
