Not Quite Dead Yet

I made it nearly 50 years without getting the flu.  It'd be nice if I could go another 50 without a repeat.  A huge thanks to Saint Tim for holding down the fort for almost a week now.  I did make it out for a Biscuit fix to feed this morning.  Yeesh.

I have to admit I was starting to really worry about the lack of posts. So sorry you had the flu (ugh), so grateful for your Saint Tim, so glad you're back and feeling better! Best wishes from Montreal.

Oh no. So glad you're not a single shepherd! (I'm sure the sheep are glad, too!)

The flu is NO FUN, especially this year when it has been so dangerous. Glad you are on the mend.

I seem to have caught that darn flu through the phone. Is that possible? Well, it happened. Take care I know how you feel. Hard to farm when you are sick and nice to have help. Hug B

Glad you are on the mend. Being sick with a barn full of animals is tough. Thank goodness for Saint Tim! Remember, alcohol kills germs! haha

Hey Sara...if I lived closer I'd be there to help Saint Tim. So glad he was able to assist. Now he needs to stay healthy! If you feel well enough to talk I will check in tomorrow.

Oh, so sorry you got the crud. Sounds like it was a long time coming. Hopefully it will be another 50 years before you get it again. LOL.

I was so afraid you were having a tough week with the farm animals and instead it is in fact you being under the weather. I'm so sorry that you have had the dreaded flu and hope you are feeling better every day. Thank goodness you have your personnel saint.

I did the flu (despite having the flu shot at the right time) in 2015. No fun, so boy do I sympathize.

You’re afraid you’re going to die, alternating with you’re afraid you won’t. Yeecch!

Bless St Tim. Glad you’re on the mend. Don’t push it (take naps between knitting rows). I wish I could bring you some chicken soup, but from GA to KY is s bit of a commute.

Just think how glad Biscuit, Muffin, Liddy, Baaxter, Wooliam, the Misses T, et al will be to see you and nudge you for cookies 😉!

Last spring I was the sickest I have ever been! This year I got the flu shot and so far I am doing fine. I feel for you as it is horrible and nasty to be down for the count! Hope you are feeling better now!
