The Not Early Risers

Ewen McTeagle is not an early riser.

That chicken's been up for hours.

Scurrying about, leaving Ewen still there thinking about going out for some breakfast.

And everyone heads back in...while Ewen is still thinking about it.

"What do you mean I missed breakfast?"

And here's a short, nothing special really to anyone but us, video from the other morning. That's Buddy hollering from the hill and a special good morning from Hank.

Buddy is a talker. With a very distinctive voice. Even if I couldn't see him standing up there, I'd know it was him :-).

Good Morning, Buddy!

I love, love, love your pictures and the stories that accompany them:-)!

Ewen is a special big boy. The three white stripes on the inside of his ears are very neat looking.

I can understand Ewen...most mornings I feel like that. He is not a morning sheep! :)

And good morning to all of you!

Maybe Ewen needs a cup of coffee. Great morning shots, everything has such a golden glow in the sunlight.

And the same back at 'cha, Buddy! Like Ewen, I think early morning is vastly overrated;-)

Love the bells.

Wow Buddy almost sounds like a bull with that deep voice. And the bells are there a tinkling too.
That Hank is one good boy!

I love hearing the sweet sounds of the bells.

I'm with Ewen. There will still be plenty of food out there at a more civilized hour. You need lots of rest to look your best - Ewen is a handsome boy and has to keep up his image.

I noticed that Hank is very serious at his job and not much of a tail wagger but you got a back/forth one from him. Love it when he's animated!

How cute that Hank came to say hello.
"Oh what a beautiful morning.
Oh, what a beautiful day.
I've got a wonderful feeling
Everything's going my way."
I think this is what all those bells were singing. LOL!
