A pretty (sorta' snowy) sunrise this morning.
I can't believe how fast the sun rises once it breaks the horizon.
Wait for it. Wait for it. And then Whoosh!
I moved the horses into the front field while I was sick so I didn't have to tromp all the way up to the top shed to throw out hay twice a day. I love having the sheep or horses right outside the door.
Aria apparently has plenty of insulation.
Handsome Handy.

Hope you are feeling better. It looks pretty mellow at Punkin's Patch.
Beautiful sunrise...you must be on the mend!
We don't hear much about the horse... I mean, this is a sheep blog and all, but I was wondering if they belong to you or are your boarding them. Do they get ridden much? I have this fantasy that if I had a horse I'd ride it every day, but I read blogs where it seems the horses are hardly ridden at all. Just curious.
Well, I can't believe how fast the sun sets at your farm especially after sitting inside your wool house spinning for the afternoon :-)
I love sunrises and sunsets.. They are so beautifull. BUT if you see one coming you best get your camera fast becasue they come and go quick..
Love pictures and the horses are so beautiful.. I'll bet the sheep are jealous, you aren't taking their pictures... You know they pose for you...
ta ta for now from Iowa
i love your farm...love the classic black four board and of course your beautiful 'ponies' and sheep. sorry you have been sick...yuck. the little card you made for your friend is so good! you are lucky you have such a gift. your header is darling! have a great 2011!
Neat to see Handy--I like the bird in the shot, too. You know you've gone from horsewoman to sheepwoman (crazy at that) if someone has to ask you about the horses! Maybe you need to post some of the old driving shots to catch your followers up?
Our horses are all covered in snow too. Looks like white blankets.
Such a lovely sunrise! Sure hope you are feeling better. Beautiful horses, and glad to see Renny doing so well. :)
Sarah, what a breathtaking scene outside your door. It is so picturesque.
I sure hope you are feeling better SOON! Have you seen a doctor? You can't be sick ~ you're "The Crazy Sheep Woman"!
Sure hope you are doing better now! It is not much fun doing outside chores running a fever and just in general feeling sick.
I love seeing your horses! Do you ever put the sheep and the horses together? Probably not, but some people do.
