I said, "plant a bunch of trees, let it turn into a woods, then you won't have to mow it." He said, "Do you know how long it takes to grow trees?" I said, "Yes. Do you plan on being here in ten years?" Yes...then plant them. He never did. But my Shug and I plant trees and bushes every year. Even when we lived in town. All around our back yard. And you know what? They are big now! Of course, we don't live there, but planting a tree is always a good thing.
Love the picture of the cows, sheep, and horses.

Cindy BeeBee Ladyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15818958787610823509noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8457557437300345355.post-11308088679230861612013-11-05T19:53:16.509-05:002013-11-05T19:53:16.509-05:00I love seeing that dog peacefully near his charges...I love seeing that dog peacefully near his charges. Our Larch trees that I know as Tamarack are yellow orange and look like flames shooting up thru the evergreens. I know, the idea of flames is not the best description.........but they make the forest brighter. Snowing at the moment. :) Susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00035917731271480403noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8457557437300345355.post-51324444046538942672013-11-05T04:27:01.668-05:002013-11-05T04:27:01.668-05:00Tranquility at Exuinox Farms, excellent pics..:-)Tranquility at Exuinox Farms, excellent pics..:-)Edhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17502488287339607228noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8457557437300345355.post-48456109388570528042013-11-05T00:51:17.930-05:002013-11-05T00:51:17.930-05:00beautiful view, I really like that first photo...a...beautiful view, I really like that first photo...almost everything you love in the one photo:)Far Side of Fiftyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07995757632158408442noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8457557437300345355.post-41103781127254909602013-11-04T23:59:55.903-05:002013-11-04T23:59:55.903-05:00You live in such a lovely place... made even more ...You live in such a lovely place... made even more beautiful by the season.
